About me

Patricia Obregón

Oil Painting by Ashley Davies

I was born in Santa Fe de Bogotá, Colombia and have lived the last 30 years in England. Before I came here to live, I studied Fine Art and had the opportunity to work as a draftsman in the Ministry of Education, after which I became an art teacher for a secondary school. I still love being creative and enjoy producing calligraphy and taking part in dancing and singing lessons [sadly, the singing may still need a little work].

Though I have taken a diverse range of jobs in my life, it was working at a Hospice where I accrued many of the useful skills that are needed when helping people in such difficult and stressful situations, and have since continued to benefit me whilst working in the healing arts.

My interest in healing really started 20 years ago when I started a series of Complementary Therapy courses at a local college that included Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, but it was during a visit to my beautiful homeland Colombia, that I discovered Pranic Healing for the first time.

I was impressed not just by the incredible effectiveness in Pranic Healing, but also by the ancient and beautiful ideology surrounding it, so much so that as soon as I arrived back in England I started to look into continuing my training. It was then that I met Rainer Krell and since then we have worked together to propagate the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui.

I am now an Advanced Pranic Healer, a licensed Pranic Healing Instructor and an Arhatic Yoga Practitioner and I am proud to be a direct student of Master Choa Kok Sui.

Aromatherapy

The wonderful ancient art of Aromatherapy combines the healing properties of Essential Oils, with a therapeutic and relaxing massage.

Essential Oils are the life force of the plant, made up of a unique combination of components, and types of
energies which have various therapeutics and energetic properties to treat and prevent illness such as anxiety,
stress, respiratory problems, muscular aches and pains, skin complaints, circulatory problems and menstrual problems.

Advice will be given as to how many treatments are needed and how often. Preparations of essential oils are available for therapeutic use and for skin and hair care. All are prepared according to your personal needs

Reflexology

Reflexology has been used for thousands of years. This relaxing therapy is safe and effective for people looking for a complimentary alternative.

Reflexology prevents and treats ailments and promotes emotional well-being.

Reflexology is a way of activating the healing powers of the body.

Reflexology can help with stress related problems, pain relief, digestive problems, allergies, insomnia, depression and anxiety.

Pranic Healing

PRANIC HEALING is a very ancient healing method, which uses Prana or Vital Energy in the treatment of a wide variety of ailments.

“Prana” is the life energy, which keeps the body alive and healthy.

“Pranic Healing” is a non-touch method that can prevent, alleviate, and heal a whole spectrum of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ailments.

  The Healer

To Patricia Obregón

The healer lingers at the golden door.

She passes through it when she’s ready to.

The boy will wait. He cannot hear the knock

expected in the welling of his head

but wakes when her hand passes over him –

passes and passes in a sweeping motion,

cupping away his fevers, combing threads

that flow unseen around his body’s frame,

fanning out from him like an angel’s wings,

unravelling the radiance in his name.
